Debt (from rent arrears, council tax arrears, bedroom tax) - How do we identify and build trust with a customer?

The Solution

Preventing situations that debt can produce (e.g. evictions) through providing a trusted holisic space for people to met with a debt navigator. Enable the customer to discuss their situation without pressue to make recovery arrangements

Customers in debt or at risk of going into debt

How It'll Help

Identify srategies for the customer to manage money and reduce debts, reducing the risk of evictions and court sanctions and costs.
